Karen is a true Broward Native and has never lived outside of Broward county! She enjoys working with buyers and guiding them through the process as they search for their new home. Karen has the patience it takes and knows it’s a key factor that buyers desire in an agent. Buying a home is a very important decision as well as emotional and she loves happy buyers.
Before becoming a full time Realtor, Karen successfully managed their commercial properties that they co own with family. She then resigned from that position to homeschool their children for eight years and once that position came to an end with graduation, she asked herself “what’s next?”. With the prompting of her husband and the love of real estate, they both decided to launch their careers as Realtors.
Eddie is also native and loves being on the ocean. He enjoys fishing and diving and has many fish stories to tell if you give him the chance! Just being out on the water with his family is shear enjoyment for him. Eddie likes selling homes and with his engineering background and current technology know how – he makes a great listing agent! Before becoming a full time Realtor- Eddie had a career in corporate America as an Electrical Engineer. During this 35 year profession he owned or co-owned several companies. He developed many skills in managing people/projects, sales and technology while ensuring customer satisfaction. Eddie then decided to retire from that position and change careers and he’s never looked back! He continues to apply that upper management competency to the real estate market making him a strong advocate for sellers. With solid confidence, Eddie guides clients through the home selling process so together they can get the home listed and sold!
